We have a 14-day exchange policy; meaning you can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unworn, with tags still attached and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the exchange is accepted, we will send you an exchange shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent to us without prior exchange request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain product types are non-returnable, such as perishable items (underwear), custom items (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific product.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for discounted items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return has been accepted.
Withdrawal Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the product is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving any reason. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns and Exchanges
After receiving and inspecting the item, we will notify you and let you know whether the return or exchange is approved. If approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
